The Sacramento Data Center is a state-of-the-art Tier-III data center located in Rancho Cordova, California. The center features 62,000+/- square feet with 30,000+/- square feet of technical floor space. With two separate equipment plant areas, the facility has the ability to support over 75 watts/square foot. There are two 1,875Kva generators in the north plant and two 2,500Kva generators in the south plant, for a total of 7Mw of back-up generator power. All mechanical and electrical systems are designed to (N+1) redundancy standards. The center also features modern fire detection and suppression systems, including a double-interlock pre-action sprinkler system, and excellent security features including a 24x7x365 manned security office.
