The Teaneck Data Center is a Tier-III data center located 18 miles outside Manhattan in Northern New Jersey. The center features 53,562+/- square feet of building area with a total of 19,567+/- square feet of raised floor space. Complex security features, including over interior and exterior cameras, a fully fenced perimeter and generous set-backs, make this center unique. Designed for an ultimate load of 100 watts/square foot, the center currently has three 600Kva UPS modules and two Caterpillar generators. Electrical and mechanical systems are designed with (N+1) redundancy.
